These TBR posts are my favorites to compose because I get to go sit in front of my collection of books and decide which ones I’m looking forward to reading the most. Any time I have an excuse to go stare at my shelves is a good time. Since I got so much good reading done on my Alaskan cruise, I decided to designate a few spots to releases that haven’t quite hit the shelves yet (but ones I plan to pick up immediately). Here’s a look at my:

Top Ten Books on My Fall 2014 TBR!

The one I’m probably most excited to read at the moment is Fortune’s Pawn, as it’s written by the same author who created the awesome Eli Monpress series (Rachel Aaron writing as Rachel Bach).

  1. ZOMG! Fortune’s Pawn is fan-freaking-tastic! I loved it! I would recommend having the second one so you can start it right after you finish Fortune’s Pawn! That whole series is amazing! Have you seen that Rachel Aaron self-pubbed an urban fantasy book about dragons?!? It’s amazing too! It’s called Nice Dragons Finish Last and it’s only available on ebook at the moment. So great!

I’m also looking forward to The Slow Regard of Silent Things! It should help make the wait for book 3 more bearable, right?

    • Oh my gosh, I am sosoSO glad to hear how much you love that series!!! Consider the rest of them purchased lol. I’ve seen the dragon one, but haven’t bought it yet. Dragons, urban fantasy, and an amazing author writing it – I’m there!!! I’m really grateful for your feedback – we seem to have really similar tastes in books, so I know I’m in for a treat!
And yes, I’m hoping the rothfuss book will help hold me over… I plan to read it REALY slowly haha. :D
